Apply a device frame

Choose a device frame, orientation, and notch mode for realistic presentation.

Goal

Wrap a screenshot in the correct device frame for your intended presentation context.

Prerequisites

  • Screenshot is imported.
  • You know the target iPhone model and orientation.

Steps

  1. Open frame controls.
  2. Select device family and model.
  3. Pick a frame color variant.
  4. Set orientation (portrait or landscape).
  5. Choose notch mode (visible or hidden) as needed.
  6. Revisit crop/position to ensure content alignment inside the frame.

Verify Result

  • Frame appears with expected model and color.
  • Orientation matches target context.
  • Content is not awkwardly clipped by corners/cutouts.

Quick Rollback / Undo Path

  • Undo recent frame changes.
  • Use the frame remove action to return to frameless layout.
  • Reapply frame after ratio/crop is corrected.

If corners/stroke controls disappear

Frame-enabled flows can disable some quick wheel adjustments. Remove frame temporarily if you need those adjustments first.

Add an art or image background

Use bundled art collections or your own image as the background layer.

Reposition, crop, and set ratio

Build a stable composition by setting ratio, crop bounds, and position controls in the right order.
