Add an art or image background

Use bundled art collections or your own image as the background layer.

Goal

Apply a background image/art style while keeping the screenshot as the visual focal point.

Prerequisites

  • Source screenshot is imported.
  • You have either an image to pick or want to use built-in art packs.

Steps

  1. Open image background controls.
  2. Choose one source:
    • Pick your own image.
    • Choose from built-in art collections.
  3. Set fit mode:
    • cover for full-bleed treatment.
    • contain for full artwork visibility.
    • fill for stretch-to-canvas behavior.
  4. Tune image adjustments:
    • Blur
    • Saturation
    • Brightness
  5. Return to composition controls and verify screenshot separation.

Verify Result

  • Background mode is image.
  • Fit behavior matches intent.
  • Screenshot content remains readable over the chosen image.

Quick Rollback / Undo Path

  • Undo the most recent background source or adjustment changes.
  • Reset fit mode to cover and adjustment sliders to defaults.
  • Switch to color/gradient if image treatment is too busy.

If performance feels slow while tuning

  • Temporarily lower blur.
  • Use simpler backgrounds while composing.
  • Finalize heavy adjustments near the end.

Add a gradient background

Create or apply a gradient background with stops, presets, and handle controls.

Apply a device frame

Choose a device frame, orientation, and notch mode for realistic presentation.
